John Barrentine, Principal 

 

The current real estate market makes experience more important than ever. John has been helping clients buy and sell homes since 1989. He brings a rare combination of integrity, professionalism and knowledge to the fast paced Los Angeles real estate market. Not only does he understand the art of the deal, his expertise is most evident in closing escrows. A Southern native, his easy charm and disarming manner make him a must ­have asset when selling or purchasing property. Often called one of the “Good Guys” of LA real estate, he carries knowledge of the dynamic nature of Los Angeles real estate into every deal. 

John understands the intricacies and benefits of living in a vibrant and centrally located neighborhood. Active in local community affairs, he has served on the boards of the South Carthay Neighborhood Association and the Pico Neighborhood Council. His expertise on real estate matters is frequently sought, and he regularly conducts continuing education seminars for new and experienced agents.

John’s clients are primarily referral based and entertainment related, the driving force behind the fast pace of LA real estate. Morgan Pasco, Principal

 

 

Morgan knows that often the acquisition of a new home happens during a pivotal moment in her clients' lives. She has lived it. So she treats each real estate deal as if it were her own transaction. Whatever the big picture, Morgan’s care and energy make her a trusted advisor for clients.

As a Los Angeles native, Morgan and her vast family has had a lifelong involvement within the Westside community. She was raised in the Miracle Mile area and graduated from Cal State Northridge with a BA in psychology. She then worked at Fox Studios before launching her real estate career in 2000. Her extensive personal and professional networks provide an unsurpassed wealth of knowledge about Westside neighborhoods, properties and amenities.

Morgan currently resides in the Wilshire Vista neighborhood. A firm believer in the power of real estate investing, she also owns income properties. She is involved with the Westside Jewish Community Center, Carthay Elementary School and is a founding member of Larchmont Charter School, West Hollywood. When not selling real estate, Morgan keeps busy with her triplets.

Listening closely to the needs of her clients, she is able to use her insider knowledge of the city on their behalf. From single family homes to condominiums to investment properties, everyone benefits from Morgan’s negotiating skills as she structures winning solutions. Ashley Nelsen, Business Manager 

 

Ashley gained her first real estate experience during high school where she worked after school and on the weekends at a large real estate company. She was fascinated with the fast-paced and important nature of helping people buy and sell homes.

She arrived at Keller Williams Realty in 2009, and her passion for real estate grew exponentially! For Ashley, it's all about the business model, education, core values, and integrity that Keller Williams promotes - which are second to none.  This makes Keller Williams a lifelong career choice for her.

Since becoming a part of Keller Williams, Ashley has had the opportunity to excel. She was chosen as one of four panelists at the Keller Williams national convention in 2011, where she had the opportunity to share her proven administrative skills and marketing practices with other Keller Williams Agents and Administrative Assistants from across the country.

In the spring of 2011, she founded a Real Estate Admin Mastermind group that meets once a month, as well as a facebook group, to act as resources and as an outlet for real estate administrative assistants from around the nation to meet and discuss topics that help improve skill levels. She has great respect for people and businesses that are willing to share their strategies for success.

Most of all Ashley loves being part of a team. She is able to support and strengthen RED by devoting her time to the hundreds of details that are critically important in the home selling and buying process. From marketing a home and highlighting its beauty and appeal, to explaining the process of the transaction all the way through to the closing table - Ashley takes pride in her attention to every element. Getting the job done right for our clients is her top priority.

Samantha Allen, Buyer's Agent 



With 15 years of marketing experience and real estate investing, Samantha is able to achieve her mission of finding the most advantageous solutions to her clients' real estate needs. Trained in all aspects of Buyer representation Samantha is a specialist. Through extensive consultation she knows how to ask the right question at the right time. This allows her to disseminate reliable information and give solid advice so that her clients can make informed decisions when  buying a home.

She works intently at every stage of the home buying process, through the negotiation of purchase offers, to the final settlement of the transaction. Samantha consistently exceeds client expectations and RED is proud to have her on board.

 


 


 

Chuck Marquardt, Buyer's Agent 

 

A former counselor and nationally sought after trainer, Chuck now directs his talents towards helping clients negotiate the real estate market in Los Angeles. Skilled at listening, Chuck uses his talents to assure clients have a clear understanding of the buying process, and helps them find the property or home that will best suit their personal and financial interests.

Giving back to the community has been a part of Chuck’s life from the beginning. From helping his father work with developmentally disabled children, to organizing statewide volunteer initiatives, to raising money for charities serving the homeless, teens, and persons with AIDS, Chuck believes in supporting the communities in which he lives. Currently, he is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Healthy Teen Network, a national non-profit devoted to promoting and advocating for youth development programs that serve teens.

Chuck brings his heart and soul to the table with every meeting and every transaction.

 

 

 

Marc Marosi, Sales Agent

 

Marc is a 2nd generation real estate agent from Newport Beach, where his mother was one of the top agents in town. Growing up Marc was taught to recognize the opportunities in Californiaʼs real estate market - The Marosi family began investing in both residential and commercial properties here over 50 years ago. Having life long experience in the California real estate market has given Marc a unique perspective and insight.

When his mother began her real estate career, the transaction was completed with two pieces of paper. Today, not so much.

Even though the business side of real estate has become more complex, Marc knows that real estate will always be about personal relationships and how those relationships can help connect people to the properties that are right for them. A few weeks ago at the weekly office meeting, an agent brought her daughter. At the end of the meeting when the question was asked “Does anybody have anything else they would like to add?” The young girl said “You arenʼt like a bunch of Realtors at all, youʼre like a big family.”

Today real estate takes a team.

When that team acts like a family, and is as knowledgeable and caring as the RED team is, it is an unbeatable comibination.

Deborah Wolsh, Business Development Agent

 

Deborah’s passion for real estate is based on her belief that our homes inspire us in every aspect of our lives. As the owner of the popular W. 3rd St. women’s clothing boutique, Ethel, and previously as a creative executive in the film and television industry for 15 years, Deborah is known for her ability to seek out the most outstanding product available. Deborah has now expanded her entrepreneurial spirit to real estate. As a Buyer Specialist, her goal is to make the challenging process of finding the perfect home exciting and enjoyable.

Deborah has lived in Los Angeles for over 25 years and has truly come to love the city. She has extensively explored its vast array of residential areas and knows the great variety of wonderful neighborhoods, communities, architecture and lifestyles it has to offer. She can help you navigate your way through the maze of options to find the hidden gems that are available at every price point.

Deborah is also proud to be an active member of the Los Angeles Business Community. She is the President of the West Third Street Business Association and is one of the founders of the organization. She resides in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Brookside with her husband and two sons.
